Our straw peak is made from braided straw, with a padded towelling inner lining for comfort, and a moulded u-shaped band that holds the peak firmly in position without any additional fastening. A small metal charm featuring an African animal completes the peak perfectly.
Handmade in our little factory in Cape Town, South Africa since 2002; the Hats Off straw peaks have now made their way onto the heads of hundreds of individuals around the world. They are firm favourites for on the golf course, the beach or just socialising outdoors. The peak itself is made from braided straw, which is not only soft, but extremely durable. We spend a lot of time molding the slide-on band, so that it wraps perfectly around your head, allowing for that extremely comfortable fit.
